1. Our Commitment to Privacy

FTY Lab Canada (“FTY LAB”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information collected from participants, parents/guardians, renters, club representatives, and website users. This Privacy Policy is governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable Ontario laws.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect full name, date of birth, parent/guardian information, contact details, emergency contacts, billing information, participation history, performance tracking data, video recordings, voluntarily disclosed health information, and website usage data including IP address and device information.

3. Performance & Technology Data

FTY LAB operates a high-performance training environment that may include smart training systems, sprint timing systems, sensor-based systems, video performance analysis, wearable and non-wearable tracking technology, and strength and conditioning equipment. We may collect performance metrics such as speed, movement and reaction time. FTY LAB does not collect biometric identifiers such as fingerprints or facial recognition templates.

4. Purpose of Collection

Personal information is used for membership administration, program registration, facility bookings, billing, safety and emergency response, performance development, communication, marketing with consent, and legal compliance.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

FTY LAB uses trusted third-party service providers including payment processors (such as Stripe), booking platforms, cloud storage providers, analytics services and marketing platforms. While we require safeguards, FTY LAB is not responsible for independent third-party privacy practices.

6. Cross-Border Transfers

Personal information may be stored or processed outside of Ontario or Canada, including the United States, and may be subject to foreign laws. By providing information, you consent to such transfers.

7. Data Sharing

FTY LAB does not sell personal information. Aggregated or anonymized data may be shared with sponsors or partners. Identifiable minor information will not be shared for marketing without additional consent.

8. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors without parental consent. Marketing directed at minors will be sent to parent/guardian contact information unless otherwise authorized.

9. Security

We implement commercially reasonable safeguards; however, no system is completely secure. FTY LAB is not liable for unauthorized access or cyber incidents beyond reasonable control.

10. Retention

Personal information is retained only as long as necessary for operational or legal purposes.
