1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing www.ftylab.ca, booking services, or purchasing memberships, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Participation remains subject to the Master Participation & Release Agreement.

2. Permitted Use

You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, interfere with functionality, upload malicious code, misrepresent identity, or use the website unlawfully.

3. Online Bookings & Payments

Bookings and purchases are subject to availability, confirmation, Membership Agreement and Master Participation & Release Agreement. FTY LAB uses third-party payment processors including Stripe and is not responsible for third-party outages or data breaches.

4. No Professional Advice

Website content is informational only and does not constitute medical or professional advice.

5. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, branding, text, images and graphics are property of FTY LAB and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FTY LAB is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or data, website interruptions, third-party failures or cyber incidents beyond reasonable control.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FTY LAB from claims arising from misuse of the website, violation of these Terms or breach of applicable laws.

8. Arbitration

Disputes arising from website use shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Ontario under the Arbitration Act, 1991. Class proceedings are waived. FTY LAB may seek injunctive relief in court where necessary.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal Canadian laws.

10. Modifications

FTY LAB may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updates.
